摘要
本文提供了一种基于无线移动通信的信息发布方法。该方法简单实用控制灵活，充分利用了现代移动通信技术和计算机相关技术，解决了以往户外信息发布系统的局限性，使得信息的发布可随时随地，达到普通用户级的水平。
