摘要
随着电子计算机的硬件与软件的广泛应用，再加上INTER．NET的普及，在我国医院实施自助医疗服务的条件已成熟。如果自助医疗在很多医院成为现实，那相应的看病难，看病贵等问题就能得到缓解。本文就是从挂号自助、缴费自住、报告单打印自助等方面来阐述医院自助服务系统的建立。
