摘要
本文针对工程设计企业在绩效管理方面存在的一些突出问题,提出基于平衡计分卡的工程设计企业绩效管理新思路。文中首先结合平衡计分卡的思想与工程设计企业的运作特点,制定出基于BSC的工程设计企业的绩效评价指标体系,之后阐述了绩效评价方法,再通过体系实施保障体系保证缋效管理过程的运行,最终形成基于BSC的工程设计企业绩效管理体系,对工程设计企业的绩效管理有较高的实用价值。
In this theoretical,a detailed description about some outstanding problems of performance management in engineering design enterprise be present.By those problems,a new thinking about performance management which is based on Balanced Scorecard been proposed.Performance management system based on BSC be build based on the working feature of engineering design enterprise.After this,performance evaluation method be detailed describe.By using guarantee system,the final management system is build.
