荣成市乡镇肿瘤患者的生存寿命分析

A Survival Time Analysis of Patients with Tumor in Communities of Rongcheng County

目的 在经济发达地区农村以社区为单位观察肿瘤病人的生存期。方法 随访观察获取资料,生存率计算采用寿命表法。结果 不同肿瘤2年以上的生存期仅占7.29％,早期诊治的病人很少,还有7.16％的病人没有治疗。讨论 在经济发达的地区,要提高肿瘤病人的生存率,必须开展肿瘤的定期查、防、治。

Objective To observe the survival time for patients with tumor in the communities of developed rural area. Methods The data were obtained from follow-up survey and the survival rates were calculated by using lifetime-table method. Results The study indicated that the survival rate of 2 years for the patients with tumor was only 7. 29%. The clinical range I of patients was very rare and 7. 16% of the patients were not treated clinically. Conclusion In order to improve the survival rate of patients with tumor the diagnosis and treatment for cancer must be carried out earlier.
