儿童肝移植已经成为儿童终末期肝病的标准治疗方法。发展儿童肝移植意义重大。本文从适应证、生存率、手术方式、技术性并发症、免疫抑制治疗、远期生存状况和受体危险度分层等方面对目前儿童肝移植的发展水平进行初步概述,并对未来发展作初步展望。

Pediatric liver transplantation has become the standard therapy for end-stage liver diseases nowadays, and it is very important to develop the pediatric liver transplantation program. The aim of this article is to summarize the current status of pediatric liver transplantation in terms of indication, survival rate, graft type, technical complication, immunosuppressive therapy as well as long-term life quality, and to identify possible trends of future development.
