摘要
本文报告了快速检测生殖支原体（Ｍｇ）抗原的ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗夹心法的初步建立及对部分地区性病门诊就诊者Ｍｇ 感染状况的检测结果与分析。该方法具有一定的灵敏度和特异性，适用于检测泌尿生殖道标本中的Ｍｇ 抗原。用本方法检测天津和江门地区ＳＴＤ 门诊患者，Ｍｇ 抗原阳性率分别为１２％ 和１９ ％ ，提示两地性病高危人群中均存在Ｍｇ 感染。
The preliminary double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) for detecting Mg Antigen and the prevalence of Mg infection in STD clinic patients by this method were reported. The results showed that the method had better sensitivity and specificity and was suitable for detection on Mg antigen in the clinical specimens from urogenital tract. The detection results of clinical specimens showed that Mg antigen positive rate in Tianjin and Jiangmen were 12% and 19% respectively. There was Mg infection in the tow areas.
