改良痔环切术治疗痔32例临床观察

Modified Procedure of Hemorrhoidal Circumferential Excision in the Treatment of 32 Cases：Clinical Observation

为观察改良的痔环切术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔的效果，回顾性分析应用改良的痔环切术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔32例的临床资料。结果显示，术后随访6～36个月，治愈率100％，无并发症。结果表明，改良的痔环切术创伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、手术时间短、术后恢复快、排便功能良好、费用低，可有效治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔。

In order to investigate the curative effect of modified procedure of Whitehead hemorrhoidal circumferential excision in the treatment of Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage of internal hemorrhoids, author retrospectively analysed the data from the 32 cases with internal hemorrhoid of Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage subjected to the modified procedure. The postoperative follow-up of 6-36 months found that the curative rate was 100% ,and no complica- tion occured. These results show that the procedure is of less trauma, minor bleeding,milder pain, shorter operation time, faster recovery, better defecation function, and low cost, thus it can effectively cure Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage of internal hemorrhoids.
