柳叶形切口松解内括约肌治疗陈旧性肛裂189例临床观察

Taking Willow-leaf Shaped Incision to Relax Internal Sphincter in the Treatment of 189 Cases of Chronic Anal Fissure： Clinical Observation

为观察柳叶形切口松解内括约肌治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效，对189例陈旧性肛裂采用柳叶形切口松解内括约肌，同时对病变组织予以切除。结果显示，189例均一次手术成功。疗程10～14d，平均11．4d。随访0．5～1年，2例因习惯性便秘复发，远期治愈率98．9％，无肛门失禁或肛门狭窄等后遗症。结果表明，该术式治疗肛裂创伤小，痛苦小，恢复快，术后并发症少。

The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of the procedure of taking willow-leaf shaped incision to relax internal sphincter for treating chronic anal fissure. The 189 patients received the procedure,meantime their pathologic tissue was resected. Results showed the 189 cases were all operated on primarily and successfully,treatment course was 10-14 days（averaged 11.4 days）;the followup of 0.5-1.0 yr. did not found anal incontinence or stenosis, etc sequela, longer-term curative rate was 98.9% ,except for 2 cases being of recurrence due to habitual constipation. The results show that the proce- dure for anal fissure is of less wound,milder pain,faster recovery,and less complication.
