摘要
为观察切开引流挂线术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果，对57例肛周脓肿均采用切开引流挂线术治疗，结果治愈21例，有效34例，无效2例，总有效率96．5％。术后无出血，无肛管狭窄。结果表明，切开引流挂线术治疗肛周脓肿疗效确切，并发症少。
The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of the procedure of incision, drainage and thread-drawing in the treatment of perianal abscess. The 57 patients received this procedure;treatment outcomes were cured in 21 eases,effective in 34 cases,no response in 2 cases,thus total effective rate was 96.5% ;no postoperative bleeding, anal stenosis. These results indicate the procedure having certain curative effect,and less complication in the treatment of perianal abscess.
