痔术后肛缘水肿的防治体会

Experience on Prevention ＆ Treatment of Edema at Anal Edge Following the Procedure for Hemorrhoids

为减少和预防痔术后肛缘水肿的发生，根据患者个体化特点灵活正确选用手术方式与操作，包括正确扩肛、保护齿状线、保留皮桥、选择性内括约肌切断术等治疗痔病患者960例，观察术后肛缘水肿情况。结果显示，肛缘水肿发生率为4．1％。结果表明，正确选用手术方式，把好手术关，治疗个体化，可较好地预防痔术后肛缘水肿的发生。

In order to prevent and reduce onset of edma at anal edge following the procedure for hemorrhoids,author＇s department choiced the following procedures and manipulations, including right dilating anus,protecting dental line, preserving skin bridge, selected internal sphincterotomy, and so on, right and flexibly to treat 960 cases of hemorrhoids,meanwhile their postoperative edema condition at anal edge was observed. As results, the incidence of anal edge edema was 4.1%, only. The results show that right choicing procedure, grasping operative manipulation and concrete treatment according to individuality principle could better prevent onset of anal edge edema after operation for hemorrhoids.
