老年人结肠巨大息肉行内镜治疗及护理体会

Experience on the Endoscope-therapy and Nursing for Senile Colonic Megapolyps

为探讨老年人结肠巨大息肉行内镜治疗的方法及提高安全性的护理要点，采用尼龙绳结扎联合高频电切术治疗老年人结肠巨大息肉21例。结果显示，21例患者均一次性手术治愈，无大出血、肠穿孔等严重并发症。结果表明，尼龙绳结扎联合高频电切术能起到双重保险，提高了肠镜下巨大息肉治疗的成功率，同时降低了肠道大出血、穿孔的危险性；在治疗方法相对完善的前提下，做好有针对性的护理工作是减少并发症、提高内镜治疗安全性的关键。

In order to explore the endoscope therapy for senile colonic megapolyps and its important nursing points on enhancing the safety, authors adopted the combined therapy of high-frequency electrotomy and ligation with nylon string to treat senile colonic rnegapolyps of 21 patients. As results,the 21 patients were all cured through the therapy primarily,no such complication as massive bleeding,intestinal perforation,etc occured. The results show that the combination procedure plays the role of double guarantee~ so that could enhance successful cure rate of the therapy, and reduce the danger for intestinal massive bleeding and perforation; meantime, taking better nursing directed to the status in treatment also important for reducing complication and enhancing safety.
