文章概述了我国残疾人服务标准的发展现状,以目前实际工作为基础,介绍了残疾人服务标准的特点,探讨了残疾人服务标准体系的建立,为残疾人各方面服务标准的制定打下基础。
This article overviews the developing situation of service standards for persons with disabilities in China, introduces the characteristic of it on the basis of the practical work in present, and discusses how to build up the service standard system for persons with disabilities. That makes a good basement for developing service standards in various sectors for persons with disabilities.
