文章针对车用缠绕气瓶定期检验标准GB 24162-2009颁布后,在检验中出现的问题进行了探讨。对出租车等特殊车辆用缠绕气瓶确定使用年限提出建议;纠正了对缠绕层老化应修复的观点;提出了老化检验与判定尺度;探讨了检验周期、进口气瓶、气瓶移装等问题,并补充了标准中未定义的常见缺陷。

This paper discusses the problems which occur during the inspection after the Periodic Inspection Standards of Automobile-Used-hoop wrapped fibre gas cylinders GB 24162-2009. It puts forward some sug- gestions on the topic that how to determine the tenure of hoop wrapped fibre gas cylinders on the special auto- mobile, such as taxi; it corrects the point of view that the ageing fiber-wrapped-layer should be repaired; proposes the specific standards used in inspection and evaluation of ageing state ; discusses the inspection cy- cle, imported gas cylinders, the replace and installation of gas cylinders, and so on; and adds to the common defects not defined in the Periodic Inspection Standards GB 24162-2009.
