摘要
长期以来,"社会"在很大程度上被视为是经济和政治的从属性存在,而很少将其作为一个独立的领域展开研究。故对学界而言,社会管理体制改革实际上是一个新问题,缺少必要的理论积累。此外,人们也常将社会管理体制改革创新看作是一个单纯的实践问题,对其理论逻辑关注不够,这直接影响到人们对社会体制改革长期性和复杂性的理解。本文试图围绕着"体制生成论"——"体制构造论"——"体制转换论"——"体制协调论"这一系列理论分析框架,以发现社会管理体制的生成、结构特征及其变革转化的一般性规律,为新时期中国的社会管理体制改革创新提供理论依据。
For a long time "society" has been considered subordinate to economy and politics to a large extent, which has seldom been taken as an independent field of research. Accordingly, the reform of social management system is practically a new subject that lacks a necessary theoretical reservoir. Additionally, the reform of social management system is frequently viewed as such a simple practical issue that little attention has been paid to its theoretical logic, which has a direct impact on the understanding of the long-term and complicated reform. The essay attempts to center on a series of theoretical frameworks ranging from "system generation", "system constitution", "system conversion" to "system coordination" to the reveal universal rules of social management system, providing theoretical bases for the reform of social management system in present China.
