摘要
该文建立了两段式生物质气流床气化炉系统的计算模型,分析了气化温度、压力和气化剂对于气化炉特性的影响规律,介绍了生物质气化及费托合成系统的各个组成部分,并对系统进行了经济性分析。结果表明:两段式生物质气流床气化炉的气化特性优于固定床和流化床气化炉;气化温度是影响生物质气化炉气化特性的主要影响因素,当气化温度从900℃升高到1 600℃时,冷气化效率降低了19%;气化压力和气化剂的影响则相对较小;较为理想的气化条件为1 300℃、6.5 MPa、O2气化;两段式生物质气流床气化系统比流化床气化系统的生产成本更低。
A flow model was developed for two-stage entrained flow through a biomass gasifier to evaluate the influence of temperature,pressure and gasification medium on the gasifier characteristics.This paper introduces each component of the biomass gasification and the Fischer-Tropsch(FT) system with an economic analysis.A two-stage entrained flow biomass gasifier performed better than fixed bed or fluidized bed gasifiers.The gasification temperature was the effect factor affecting the biomass gasification.The cold gasification efficiency decreased by 19% when the temperature increased from 900 ℃ to 1 600 ℃.The ideal gasification conditions are 1 300 ℃,6.5 MPa and an O2 gasification medium.Two-stage entrained biomass gasification system has economic advantages over other types.
