模糊PID控制在污水处理SBR工艺中的应用

Application of Fuzzy PID Control in Wastewater Treatment SBR Process

污水处理SBR工艺生物反应池中溶解氧的控制存在非线性、时变、大滞后等问题,而传统PID控制参数整定不易,为此构造了一个模糊自适应PID控制器,将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来,通过模糊控制规则在线调整PlD控制器的三个参数。经仿真验证,模糊自适应PID控制器比传统PID控制器的动态响应曲线好,响应时间短,超调量小,动静态性能好。

To consider the characteristics of Dissolved Oxygen in biological reaction tank of wastewater treatment SBR process,such as nonlineaity,time change,big inertia problems and the difficulty of PID controller parmeters adjusting,the combination of PID control and fuzzy conntrol is put forward and a fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is built through the rules of fuzzy control,the three parameters of PID controller can be adjusted adaptively online.
