摘要
介绍了由西门子S7-200 PLC、交流伺服传动系统、气动驱动机构组成的自动生产线输送系统的硬件结构和软件设计方法。分析了该系统的工作原理和控制方案并给出了定位控制原理图。该系统具有灵活性高、实用性强、定位准确、运行可靠、程序开发简单等特点,完全可以满足柔性生产线对工件输送的要求。
This paper presents hardware structure and software design methods of automatic production line conveying system composed by Siemens S7-200 PLC,AC servo systems and Pneumatic drive mechanism,and analyzes its principle and control plan,provides principle diagram of orientation control.This system is characterized by great flexibility,good practicability,high position accuracy,reliable operation and simple programming,and can meet the requirements of work piece transportation for Flexible Manufacture System.
