A型肉毒毒素对眼睑痉挛的治疗

The Treatment of Blepharospasm with CBTX-A

目的 观察Ａ型肉毒毒素对原发性眼睑痉挛和Ｍｅｉｇｅ 综合征的治疗效果。方法 Ａ型肉毒毒素， 在肌电图仪的引导下对眼轮匝肌进行多点局部注射（每点２．５～５Ｕ） 治疗原发性眼睑痉挛２４ 例及Ｍｅｉｇｅ综合征１０例。结果 ４～５ 天出现症状缓解， １ 个星期症状明显缓解， ２ 个星期症状缓解最明显。有效率１００％ ， 原发性眼睑痉挛有效作用时间为１０～２４ 周， 平均为１５．８ 周。Ｍｅｉｇｅ 综合征平均有效作用时间为１１．７ 周。结论 Ａ型肉毒毒素局部注射是治疗眼睑痉挛和Ｍｅｉｇｅ 综合征的一种安全、有效、简便方法。

Objective\ To study the efficacy of CBTX A (china botulinum toxin A) was made by Lanzhou Biological products institute, china, injected for treatment of blepharospasm. Methods\ Twenty fours patients with blepharospasm and ten patients with meige syndrom were treated with CBTX A local injections (2 5 U to 5 U for each injection) Results\ Spasm symptom slight relieved 4 5 days after injection and remarkable relieved one week after injection. All patients experienced relief from spasm symptom. The duration of the in idiopathic blepharospasm were 10 20 weeks (mean, 15 8 weeks) and in meige syndrom were 9 17 weeks (mean, 11 7 weeks). The local side effects were transient and mild, minor ptosis in 17 8%. Conclusion\ CBTX A local injection was a safe, effective and simple means for the treatment of blepharospasm.
