蕲蛇酶注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 考察蕲蛇酶对急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法 将190例急性脑梗死患者随机分成蕲蛇酶治疗组96例,对照组94例,进行双盲对照研究。结果 蕲蛇酶治疗组显效率为67.7% ,较对照组之46.8% 明显升高(P< 0.01);治疗后FG、PAgT、nP、Ht4项凝血指标显著下降(P< 0.05);颅脑CT复查低密度灶平均体积显著小于对照组(P< 0.01)。结论 蕲蛇酶实为一种新型的降纤、抗栓、改善微循环的药物。 Objective In order to investigate the effect of acute cerebral infarction treated by acutase. Methods 190 cases of caute cerebral infarction patients were divided into therapy group with 96 cases and control group with 94 randomly; doubled blind control test was performed. Results The results showed that efficacy of acutase therapy group (97.6%) was significantly higher than that of control group (46.8%); FG, PAgT, nP and Ht were decreased remarkably; The average area of low density focus from brain CT Scan in therapy group was remarkably less than that in control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion We think that acutase is an effective drug of decreasing fibrinogen, antithrombotic and improving microcirculation.
