摘要 目的:了解我院葡萄球菌院内感染的状况和常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法:采用法国梅里埃公司VITEK-32全自动微生物仪进行鉴定及药敏试验,对分离出的葡萄球菌的分布及耐药情况进行分析。结果:共鉴定出7种葡萄球菌,其中表皮葡萄球菌占首位(50.3%),其次是金黄色葡萄球菌(19.9%),药敏结果显示,分离出的7种葡萄球菌对10种常用抗生素中万古霉素的敏感率均为100%,而对青霉素、左氧氟沙星、红霉素有很高的耐药性。结论:葡萄球菌是目前医院感染的主要病原菌之一,临床上要加强对抗生素的合理使用。 objective To learn nosocomial infections and antibiotic resistance of Staphylococcus in our hospital. Methods French Merieux VITEK - 32 automatic microbial analyzer were applied as identification and susceptibility testing instruments, the distribution and drug resistance of those isolated staphylococci were analyzed o Results Seven kinds of staphylococcus were isolated and identified. Among them, the content of Staphylococcus epidermidis is the highest (50.3 % ), followed by Staphylococcus aureus ( 19.9% ). Drug susceptibility results showed that all those Staphylococcus aureus were sensitive to vancomycin, while they have a high resistance to penicillin, levofloxacin and erythromycin. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus is one of the main pathogens of nosocomial infection, it is necessary to rational use antibiotics in clinical.
