摘要 提出了针对汽车爪极发电机三维定子温度场有限元计算的新方法,有效处理了汽车爪极发电机定子铁心与气隙之间以及定子绕组端部与空气之间复杂的对流散热过程,妥善解决了汽车爪极发电机定子的热交换问题。运用等效体积法给出了散下线定子绕组的三维有限元计算模型,简化了计算难度并且节省了计算时间。在此基础上建立了汽车爪极发电机定子三维温度场三维数学模型和三维有限元计算模型。计算了汽车爪极发电机额定负载运行时定子的稳态温度场;实验结果很好地验证了该三维温度场计算模型的正确性和计算结果的准确性。在该三维温度场计算模型的基础上,分析了冷却风速及浸漆质量对汽车爪极发电机定子温度场的影响,为汽车爪极发电机优化设计奠定了理论基础。 A new idea of the three-dimensional thermal field finite element calculation about automobile claw-pole alternator was proposed. The complex heat exchange between the stator and air-gap as well as the convection happening between the air and the end of the stator winding were reasonably dealt with. Meanwhile, the problem of the motor stator' s heat exchange was treated appropriately. The equivalent volume method was used to show the three-dimenslonal finite element calculation model with scattered referral stator winding, and the difficulty in calculating the motor thermal field can be greatly simplified. Then the 3D mathematical model and the 3D finite element model of the stator temperature field over the automobile claw-pole alternator were developed. The steady stator thermal field of the motor under rated load was calculated, and the rationality of the thermal field calculation model and the validity of the calculated values were verified by experimental results. Based on the thermal field calculation model, the influence of the cool wind speed and quality in leaching paint in the motor stator temperature field were analysed, which could help optimum design of claw-pole alternators in future applications.
