摘要
介绍了一套基于永磁同步电机的工业缝纫机控制系统的设计与实现,该系统特点是以霍尔信号对转子的位置和电机的速度进行估算,并在此基础上实现对永磁同步电机的正弦控制。硬件采用dsPIC33FJ16MC304和智能功率模块相搭配的主体结构,软件以空间矢量算法和PID算法相结合的控制策略实现工业缝纫机的各种功能要求。实验表明:该系统成本低、性能好,可满足工业缝纫机功率密度高、速度范围大,动态性能好等技术指标。
The control system design and implementation of PMSM used on Industrial Sewing Machine was introduced in this paper. It features that the Hall signal was used to estimate the position of the rotor and speed of the motor, and on this basis to achieve the sinusoidal control of PMSM. The main structure of the pardware platform was set up by dsPIC33FJ16MC304 and IPM ,and the SVPWM and PID were used in the software to satisfy the requirements of industrial sewing machine. Experimental results show that the system is of lower cost, better performance and can meet the requirements of industrial sewing machine with high power density, wide speed range and good dynamic performance.
