AOTF-近红外光谱技术在肾宝合剂渗漉液理化指标快速分析中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:用声光可调滤光器(AOTF)-近红外(NIR)光谱法在线分析肾宝合剂渗漉液密度及淫羊藿苷含量。方法:在线收集肾宝合剂渗漉液样品,建立肾宝合剂渗漉液的含量、比重数据库,同时采集近红外光谱图谱,用偏最小二乘(PLS1)法分别建立NIR光谱与含量、比重数据之间的校正模型,并对在线过程中收集的预测集样品进行含量预测来验证所建模型。结果:渗漉液NIR光谱与含量、比重数据之间的校正模型相关系系数R2分别为0.9706和0.9890,外部样品预测相对偏差分别为0.11%,0.45%;该方法精密度、稳定性均小于2.0%,预测回收率分别为103.0%,99.0%。结论:AOTF-近红外光谱技术在肾宝合剂渗漉液密度及淫羊藿苷含量分析中具有快速、直接、多成分同时测定,并能实现现场在线分析。 Objective:AOTF-NIR(Near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy) was used to develop a analysis method of simultaneous determining percolate density and icariin content of Mixture Shenbao.Methods:Collect percolate samples online;establish database of density and Chlorogenic acid content of sample and NIR Spectroscopy;then calibration model of NIR Spectroscopy-Chlorogenic acid content was established with Partial least squares(PLS 1),verify the calibration model prediction with samples collected online.Results:The proportion of the data correlation between the calibration model coefficients R2 were 0.9706,0.9890 respectively;the average relative deviation of prediction and outside sample were 0.11%,0.45% respectively;method precision RSD were less than 2.0%;forecast recoveries were 103.0%,99.0% respectively.Conclusion:NIR spectroscopy for online analysis of density and icariin content of Shenbao percolate is fast,direct,and is available to apply in on-site analysis.
