碳五烷烃分离规整填料塔的设计与优化 被引量:4

摘要 采用PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件对10万t/a碳五烷烃分馏装置建立模拟流程,对其工艺流程和规整填料塔设计进行了模拟计算和工艺参数优化,在保证产品质量和产品收率的前提下,节约能耗和降低设备投资。 A C5 alkane fractionation unit with 100 kt/a production capacity is simulated by PRO/Ⅱ simulation software.The calculation in the process of unit and design calculation in structured packed column and optimization to process parameters was carried out.The results showed that recovery of each C5 alkane was increased and energy consumption of each column was reduced along with considerable equipment expenses.
