摘要
介绍了采用15CrMo+TP410SR复合钢板的大型焦炭塔复合钢板焊缝复层堆焊工艺。在分析研究的基础上,通过采取合理的焊接工艺,保证了焊接接头的化学成分、力学性能及耐蚀性能。
Overlay welding procedure for the welds buttering layer of cladding plate for large coking tower in the use of 15CrMo＋TP410SR cladding plate was introduced.The reasonable welding process was adopted to ensure chemical composition,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the over layer.
