受到焊缝加强的椭圆封头大开孔接管边界效应模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 在薄壳理论分析基础上进一步采用数值分析和实验模型对椭圆封头上大开孔接管问题进行研究,对实验数据及数值仿真分析数据进行比较,指出连接焊缝质量对于结构加强效应具有重要作用,同时对良好的结构设计和加工提出了建议,并指出根据焊缝尺寸对理论解进行修正的方法。 The opening structure with flush nozzle in pressure vessel with ellipsoidal head was discussed with the finite element method(FEM) and the experimental model based on the thin shell theory;and some proposals were proposed for structure design and manufacturing practice;and the method to improve theoretical solution according to welding sizes was proposed.Comparing the analytical results with the experimental data shows that the welding quality at connecting parts can play an important role in structure reinforcement.
