摘要
以55L储水式电热水器为研究对象,分析电热水器筒体、进出水管口等各个部位的热损失情况,由理论计算出该电热水器24h的固有基准能耗值,从而得出电热水器的能效等级。还通过改变有限元分析的边界条件,分析了影响电热水器能效等级的一些因素,提出了改进的一些措施。
Taking a 55L-storage electric water heater as an example,the 24-hour-heat loss of its cylinder,the inlet and outlet and other parts was calculated to obtain an energy efficiency grade;and basing on the change of FEA boundary conditions,other factors influencing the grade were analyzed and their improvement methods were presented.
