摘要
以某厂生产的采油井口装置用闸阀为例,建立了阀体的三维实体模型,采用ANSYS平台,对工作和静水压试验工况下的阀体进行了有限元计算,按第四强度理论和阀门设计标准进行了结果分析。结果表明,局部存在高应力区域,但总体上该设计是安全的。
Taking the gate valve from a factory as an example,a three-dimensional physical model for it was established to have the valve body in the operating and hydrostatical testing conditions analyzed with the FEM and ANSYS and the fourth strength theory and the design standards for valves.The results show that both strength and rigidity of the valve body can meet the design although a stress concentration may exist.
