摘要
人工转育不育系是辣椒胞质雄性不育系选育的主要方法,为实现不育系、保持系、恢复系的三系同型,以期选育出更多优良的辣椒三系杂交品种,在测交后代群体育性分离的前提下,研究总结出了转育辣椒核质互作雄性不育系、同型保持系和同型恢复系的方法,该方法不仅能转育辣椒雄性不育系,而且可选育出同型恢复系,大大扩展了其他同源不育系恢复父本的选择空间,可育成更多优良的辣椒三系杂交品种。
The artificial transfer is the main way to breed cytoplasmic male sterility lines in hot pepper.The breeding way of transferring nucleo-cytoplasmic male sterile line,homo-maintainer line and homo-restorer line on the condition of testing fertility segregation of offspring population was studied and summarized to expand selection space of restorer male parents for other homologous sterile lines,which can realize homotypic three lines of sterile line,maintainer line and restorer line for breeding more excellent three-line hybrid varieties in hot pepper.
