何首乌种子品质检验及质量标准的制定

Seed Quality Test and Quality Standard Formulation of Polygonum multiflorum

为中药材何首乌规范化生产提供依据,借鉴农作物种子检验方法和技术,对不同地区何首乌种子净度、千粒重、含水量、相对电导率和发芽率等各项指标进行测定,对各项指标综合进行K聚类,并结合何首乌种子外观形态判断基础上,初步制定出何首乌种子品质检验与分级质量标准。

The seed purity,thousand seed weight,seed moisture content,relative electric conductivity,germination rate of the seed of P.multiflorum from different regions were measured using test method and technology of crop seeds to provide a reference for standardized production of P.multiflorum,and all indexes were analyzed by K-clustering synthetically.The seed quality inspection and classification standard for P.multiflorum was preliminarily drafted based on appearance shape observation.
