后纵韧带骨化（OPLL）多见于东亚国家,病因和发生机制尚不完全清楚。单纯颈、胸椎手术报道多见,而颈胸段由于特殊的解剖结构,此处OPLL报道较少。我科自2006年7月至2008年10月收治了3例,现将治疗经过报告如下。
