锰对仔鼠脑组织一氧化氮合酶活性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为了研究大鼠孕期染锰后 ,其子代脑组织一氧化氮合酶活性的变化 ,对妊娠大鼠腹腔注射氯化锰 ,剂量为 0、7.5、15、30 mg/ kg,然后对其子代 30日龄仔鼠脑组织用组织化学法检测一氧化氮合酶活性 ,并用图象分析仪定量分析。结果表明 :实验各组仔鼠脑组织一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的截面积、平均吸光度、积分吸光度均明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。大鼠孕期染锰 ,使其子代脑组织一氧化氮合酶活性增强 ,促使一氧化氮合成增多 。 To study the effect of manganese on actirity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the filial rat's brain,parental pregnant rats were injected intraabdominally with 7 5mg/kg、15mg/kg、30mg/kg MnCl 2 for 8 times,every other day.Then the filal rats were killed after being born for 30days, which NOS of brain tissue was detected with histochemical technology and image analysis equipment.Result showed the sectional area、average absorptivity and integral absorptivity of brain NOS positive neurons in the filial rats of every experimental group increased significantly as compared with control group ( p <0 01). It's suggested that the activity of brain NOS in the filial couled rat increase after the pregnant rat exposed to manganese.
