摘要
介绍古城湾特大桥钢桁梁制作时Q370q-E钢板的焊接技术,对焊接接头低温(-40℃)冲击吸收功达不到设计要求的难题进行研究,确定出焊接工艺和参数。实际生产证明此工艺合理、可行,解决了桥梁E级钢的焊接技术问题,试验检测结果满足相关规范的要求。
The welding technology of Q370q-E steel in the process of making Guchengwan steel truss girder is introduced,which solves the problem of low temperature(-40 ℃) impact energy less than design requirements,the welding process and parameters are studied and determined.The actual production proves that the process is reasonable and practicable,can solve the problems of welding technique of grade E steel at bridges,testing results can satisfy the design standards.
