摘要
钢结构安装过程中,临时支撑承载结构的自重和结构施工状态下产生的荷载,具有重要的作用。基于天津博物馆工程,建立临时支撑和主体结构的分析模型,设计临时支撑的参数,对临时支撑进行了整体稳定性计算。可知:支撑满足强度要求。并运用专业软件验算临时支撑的强度、稳定性,验算结果表明:支撑各杆件在最不利工况下的最大组合应力比为0.66,综合位移最大为28.4mm,说明支撑各杆件的变形都在弹性范围内,并且有较大的安全储备。当悬挑桁架全部就位后,现场测量临时支撑的最大变形只有21.2mm,比理论计算值小,说明设计的临时支撑是安全可靠的。
Temporary support carries the weight of the steel structure and structural loads generated under construction in the process of steel installation.Based on the Tianjin Museum project,the temporary support and the main structure model are established,temporary support parameters are designed,the overall stability of the temporary support is calculated,the support meet the strength requirements.By professional software the strength and stability of the temporary support are checked.The results show that maximum stress ratio of the support rods is 0.66 in the most unfavorable combination conditions,the largest integrated displacement is 28.4 mm,and this shows that each support rod deformation is in the elastic range and has a greater safety margin.When the cantilever truss all are in place,the maximum deformation of temporary support is only 21.2 mm,smaller than the calculated value,it shows that the temporary support designed is safe and reliable.
