摘要 某天线罩单层穹顶网壳安装的难点为天线已先行安装完成,天线区域无法搭设支架安装。施工方案考虑天线水平上口以下采用满堂脚手架散装法,天线水平上口以上球冠部分采用地面拼装整体吊装,为防止球冠变形采用10吊点并用钢绞线加固,使穹顶上下两部分能顺利合龙。 The difficulty of the net shell installation of single-layer latticed dome of certain radome lies in the failure to conduct the stent installation in the antenna area after the antenna has been finished with installation.The construction scheme suggests bulk method of full hall scaffold shall be adopted below the horizontal upper port of antenna while integral hoisting of ground assembly shall be used for the spherical crown above the horizontal upper port of the antenna.To prevent the deformation of the spherical crown,ten hoisting points are adopted and stranded steel wire is used for reinforcement,the upper and lower part of the dome can shut smoothly.
