摘要
宝钢一、二、三期原料整合改造工程,是为满足高炉扩容后对原料需求量的增加要求进行的。工程施工中供煤系统胶带机A424跨越炼祁河,跨度78m,总质量160t。在施工方案上进行优化创新,实施水上双机同步旋转、横移、抬吊技术,其成功应用不仅满足设计使用功能,还产生额外的景观效果,成为宝钢原料及炼铁区域标志性建筑。
Baosteel No.1 to No.3 phase raw material integrating reconstruction project,is to meet the demand for increasing raw material after blast furnace expansion,in engineering construction tape machine A424 for coal system across Lianqi River,the across long is 78 m,gross mass 160 t.The construction scheme is optimized in which the water dual machine synchronous rotation,shifting,carry crane technology are implemented.This technical is not only to satisfy the design to use a function,also produces extra landscape effect,becomes Baosteel raw materials and ironmaking area landmark buildings.
