摘要
目的 :观察软脉胶囊对角叉菜胶引起的大鼠血栓形成的影响 ,探讨其抗血栓形成作用的血液流变学机制。方法 :大鼠sc角叉菜胶 1 5mg·kg- 1复制血栓模型。给药后观察大鼠尾部血栓形成状况 ,进行血流变学分析。结果 :软脉胶囊 0 81、 2 4 3g/kg能对抗角叉菜胶引起的大鼠血栓黑尾的形成 ;0 81、 2 4 3g/kg均能降低切变率为 1 50·S- 1、 50·S- 1、 1·S- 1时全血粘度和血浆粘度。结论
Objective:to observe RuanMei capsule′s influence on rat′s thrombosis caused by carrageenin and study its antithrombosis mechanism of blood rheology.Method:to duplicate thrombus model rat with carrageenin of 15 mg kg -1 and observe the thrombosis in rat′s end part as well as make the anaysis of blood rheology.Result:Ruan mei capsules of 0 81,2 43g/kg could both resist the rat′s thrombosis caused by carrageenin,and reduce the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity when r/t was 150 S -1 、50 S -1 and 1 S -1 .Conclusion:Ruan Mei capsules had the function of anti-thrombus of rats caused by carrageenin.
