摘要 研制一台基于PLC控制的小型CT自动扫描装置。该装置的控制核心为可编程控制器PLC,结合伺服电机构成四轴数控系统,并以计算机为上位机,协调控制成像系统与机械系统的联动,实现了CT扫描成像操作的自动化。依据X射线成像原理,结合放射源和探测设备研制透视成像系统。该装置机械部分主要由主轴运动部分、纵向进给滑台部分和载物台位置调整部分组成。将该系统应用于医学实验的结果表明:该系统能实现CT扫描成像的自动化,提高生物实验的效率和效果。 A PLC-based automatic micro-CT scanning device was designed. Programmable logical controller was used as the core of the four-axis CNC system, and servo motor was used as the implementing agency. A PC was used to coordinate the action of perspective imaging system and mechanical systems, and the automation of maero-CT scanning was achieved at a good level. According to X-ray imaging principle, perspective imaging system was established with ray source and detector. The mechanical system was comprised of main movement device, longitudinal feed slide and loading platform position adjusting mechanism. The results of applying this system to biological experiments indicate that this system can realize the image scanning automation of macro-CT, and greatly improve the efficiency and quality of biological experiments.
