模糊控制算法在实时监控系统中的应用

摘要 在烧结炉控制系统中,采用B型热电偶配合AD1674实现对烧结炉多点温度的采集,通过查表法达到非线性补偿的目的;控制系统采用C语言模块化编程;在温度控制方案上引入模糊控制算法。由Simulink仿真分析和系统实际运行情况可知:与传统PID算法相比,该算法的控制精度高,可达±0.1℃,系统的动态性能得到改善,鲁棒性增强。 B-type thermoeouple with AD1674 chip was used to realize multi-point temperature acquisition in the sintering furnace control system. The purpose of nonlinear compensation was achieved by the method of table-lookingup. C language was used as the module programming language. The Fuzzy-control methods were introduced in temperature control scheme. All of the merits are prove by the process of the simulation analysis based on Simulink and the practical operation: as compared with the traditional PID, the control precision of the fuzzy-control algorithm is increased up to± 0. 1℃ ; the robustness and the dynamic performance of the system are improved.
