摘要
真空加工过程中,对压力的稳定性要求比较高。根据食品包装实际生产中对真空度的要求,设计一套基于PID控制的真空恒压系统。在该系统中,通过PID控制使输出气压与输入信号成比例,采用西门子S7-120 PLC接收压力传感器的反馈信号,通过调整PID的控制参数实现系统管网内的实际压力始终围绕额定输出压力的±5%波动,以达到压力恒定控制的目的。
The vacuum processing demands high stability on pressure. According to the vacuum degree requirements of food packing, a vacuum constant pressure system was presented based on PID control. The output pressure was proportional to the input signal through PID control. Siemens S7-120 PLC was used to receive the feedback signal of pressure sensor. By adjusting the PID control parameters, the actual pressure in the system pipe networks was fluctuated around the rated output pressure ±5%. The purpose of constant pressure control is realized.
