On the Context Problem of Contemporary Literary Criticism

"语境"成为文学批评与研究之中的一个常用术语,不仅是因为语言问题,而且是因为文学问题历来都不是孤立的,甚至还可能与许多非文学的问题相关。因此,从特定的文学语境出发或将文学放在特定语境之中进行评介就成了批评界司空见惯的做法。这种文学批评,我们暂且称之为语境批评。然而在语境批评之中,"语境"给批评者提供某种论证视角和理论支持的同时,也常常使批评者面临诸多的质疑与困惑。

Nowadays,the word ＂context＂ has become a very common terminology in the literary criticism and study,it is not completely for the reason of linguistic problem,and because that the literature study is never isolated.Sometimes it is even associated with other realm that has no matter with literature itself.So the method of reviewing literature in a concern of the specific context or just putting literature in the context is being widely used in the criticism domain.This kind of literary criticism can be called context criticism provisionally.While in this criticism,the ＂context＂ not only provides specific demonstration angles and theory support to critics but also brings them many queries and dilemmas at the same time.
