陕南农村居民消费现状研究

A Research on the Present Status of Rural Resident's Consumption in the South Area of Shaanxi province

陕南农村居民消费呈现出了支出增长强劲、消费结构多元化发展、特色消费兴起、居住环境快速改善等特点。同时还存在居民收入增幅有限、居民消费观念落后、消费水平在低层次徘徊、农村社会保障体系不健全等影响农村消费市场健康发展的制约因素。政府要从改善民生、增加农民收入入手,大力推进农村基础设施建设,引导居民合理改善住房建设,拓展农村居民消费市场,改善消费环境,拉动特产消费需求,建立信用支持体系,培育农村资金市场,为贯彻落实科学发展观,顺利实现陕西"十二五"规划的目标开辟新途径。

The resident＇s consumption in the south area of Shaanxi province has presented several characteristics such as powerful growth,the consumption structure takes on a diversified development,the characteristic consumption are on the rise,and the living condition is quickly improved and so on.Meanwhile,there are still some restraining factors influencing the healthy development of rural consumer market such as follows： the limited residents＇ income,the behindhand consumption concept,the consumption level which lingers on a low stage and the unsound rural social security system and so on.The government should take measures from such aspects of improving people＇s live and increasing farmers＇ income,and also vigorously promoting rural infrastructure construction to guide peasants to reasonable house needs,expanding the rural consumer market,improving the consumption environment,pulling the demand of specialty consumption,establishing credit support system and fostering rural capital market in order to open new ways for implementing the scientific perspective of development and smoothly realize the target of Shaanxi ＂Twelfth Five-year Plan＂.
