摘要
对重钢炼钢厂因钢水可浇性原因导致的连铸机非计划断浇事故进行分析,认为主要原因是堵塞,包括钢水温度低水口堵塞,钢包水口堵塞、中间包水口堵塞和中间包上水口碗部堵塞;其次是塞棒的异常侵蚀影响塞棒的控流。通过采取预防措施,铸机非计划断浇次数由1.8次/月降低至0.8次/月,钢种改判炉次由1.4炉/月降低至0.6炉/月,生产实践效果较好。
The reasons for the continuous casting machine casting off of non-program caused by pouring of molten steel was analyzed.
