摘要 研究了气压和起弧电压对喷号机喷字效果的影响。研究结果表明气压越小,喷射字迹越模糊,效果越差,喷号时尽量使用最大气压进行喷号;起弧电压越小,喷字效果越清晰,但是如果电压太小将出现字迹不连续,不能正常起弧的情况,因此喷号时在保证字迹连续和能正常起弧的情况下取起弧电压的最小值,一般10~15V效果最好。起弧电压对字迹模糊度影响不大。 The effect of pressure and arcs voltage on marked effect of spray marking machine was studied. The results indi care that the smaller the pressure is, more blurred the words are, and the effect is worse. The largest pressure should be used while spraying the words; the smaller the Arcs voltage is, more clearly the words are; hut if the voltage is too small, words will not be continuous and arcs are not normal. Therefore we should use the smallest value of arcs voltage in the case of ensuring the continuous and normal arcs, the effect is the best when arcs voltage is 10--15V. The arc voltage has little effect on ambiguity of words.
