第十五届上海国际纺织工业展览会针织机械述评

Review of the knitting machinery on the 15^(th) Shang Hai International Textile Industry Exhibition

从圆纬机、无缝内衣圆机、电脑横机以及经编机4个方面对第十五届上海国际纺织工业展上的针织机械参展情况进行介绍。其中圆纬机的特色机型有90 F 4色调线单面机、速度可达45～50 r/min的高速单面机、互换筒径圆纬机、可变压针小筒径罗纹机、立式沉降片单面机等;大圆机设计过程中采取了加强润滑、提高设计精度等方法来达到节能的目的。无缝内衣圆机展出机型有单面移圈机、单面高机号机型、6路双面全自动电子提花针织机(可编织带罗纹下摆的产品)、双向移圈双面机、带有哈夫盘的自动扎口机型等。参展电脑横机的特点可概括为:高效率、变针距、经济型、多机号、多功能;鉴于参展毛衫缝合设备仅有4、5家且无期待中的产品出现,专家提出3条解决缝合问题的对策。展出的国产经编机的机电一体化程度有了显著的提高,但与国外产经编机的编织速度还存在一定的差距,专家呼吁加强经编机械行业管理和制度规范。从整体上看,针织机械的整体制造水平都较往年有较大的提高。

This paper introduces the 15th Shang Hai International Textile Industry Exhibition in terms of circular weft knitting machines,seamless underwear knitting machines,electronic flat knitting machines and warp knitting machines.The circular machines with unique features include 90-feeder 4-color and striping mechanism equipped single machine,high speed single machine with a speed of 45～50 rpm,diameter-changeable circular machine,sinking depth changeable small diameter rib machine and upright sinker top single machine,and design of large diameter machine focuses on improving the lubricating system and design accuracy.The exhibited seamless underwear machines include single transfer machine,high gauge single machine,automatic 6-feeder double electronic jacquard machine(which can knit products with waist rib),two-way transfer double machine and automatic welting machine with half dial.The characteristics of exhibited electronic flat machines are high efficiency,regulated needle pitch,low cost,multi-gauge and multi-function.As for cardigan sewing machine exhibition,however,there are only 4～5 exhibitors and no expected products are shown,thus the related experts put forward three countermeasures for solving sewing issues.The exhibited domestic manufactured warp knitting machines present remarkably improved mechanical & electrical integration,but the knitting speed still needs to improve due to the difference from the foreign products,and experts appeal for strengthening industry management and standards.In addition,the exhibited four beaming machines imply the future developing directions of high speed,high precision,large size and width.As a conclusion,it can be said that the entire level of knitting machinery of this year is greatly improved compared with that of last year.
