文中对第十五届上海国际纺织工业展览会上针织染整设备的参展情况进行分析,从前处理、染色、印花和后整理4个方面依次详细介绍了各参展商的参展设备性能、特点和相关技术参数,并结合展会和市场情况综合评述了其技术创新、改进和发展前景。表明随着人们对针织品质量要求越来越高,市场对针织染整机械提出了更高的要求,加之节能环保要求的不断提升,都促进了针织染整机械整体行业技术的不断进步,但关键还要加强设备的机电配套件的可靠性,以及提高设备的性价比。

This paper analyzes the dyeing and finishing equipments exhibited on the 15th Shang Hai International Textile Industry Exhibition,introduces in detail the machines' properties,characteristics and main technical parameters in terms of pretreatment,dyeing,printing and post finishing,and comprehensively comments on the technical innovations,modifications and prospects though analyzing this exhibition and related markets.It shows that with the more and more high requirements on the quality of knitted products,the same requirements on the dyeing and finishing machines.And in addition,the energy reservation and environment protection all pushes the progress of this industry,but the reliability of mechanical and electrical parts is most important and the cost performance of equipments still needs to improve.
