电脑横机弯纱深度值与线圈长度关系的探讨

Study of the relationship between the sinking depth and loop length on the electronic flat knitting machine

以Stoll电脑横机为例,探讨了电脑横机弯纱深度值的变化对洗缩前后羊绒纬平针织物线圈长度的影响,从而建立起两者之间的关系,旨在为保证针织物的质量和成衣尺寸、控制产品的成本,提高企业的生产效率提供参考。通过实验结果分析表明:NP值是织物线圈长度的主要影响因素;洗缩工艺对织物线圈长度和密度也有影响。

Taking the STOLL electronic flat knitting machine as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the sinking depth on the loop lengths of plain cashmere knitted fabric before and after being washed for shrinkage,thus sets up the relationship between these two factors.The research results are useful for guaranteeing the fabric's quality and ready-made clothes' size and controlling cost as well,which can be reference for enterprises to improve producing efficiency.
