摘要
通过对包钢三烧车间生产实际的探析,找出能降低固体燃耗的重要因素:适宜的配碳量和碱度等。另外通过对现场某些生产工艺环节进行工艺优化和技术改造,以实现降低固体燃耗的目的。
The important factors of reducing solid burnup are found out by analyzing the productive practices in No.3 Sintering Mill of Baotou Steel,and they are appropriate carbon addition and basicity,etc.Moreover,the solid bumup could be reduced by technological transformations and process optimizations for some links of productive technology in work field.
