Metallurgical Effects of Billet Caster for Casting Medium-carbon Steel with M-EMS

试验对小方坯连铸中碳钢SWRCH35K采用结晶器电磁搅拌前后的冶金效果进行了对比,同时检测了对应线材性能的变化,说明了结晶器电磁搅拌有良好的冶金效果。

The metallurgical effects of billet caster for casting medium-carbon steel SWRCH35K with and without M -EMS are studied in the test,as well as the changes of performances for wire rods.The results show that M-EMS is with excellent metallurgical effects.
