双压力角齿廓齿轮齿根弯曲应力有限元分析

摘要 根据齿轮齿根弯曲应力有限元法的一般计算步骤,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS5.7对两种不同齿形的双压力角非对称齿廓渐开线齿轮和对称渐开线齿轮在单齿啮合区时和双齿啮合区的应力场以及位移场进行了计算;有限元分析软件计算所得的轮齿位移场和应力场与实际情况相符,而且与常规解析法计算结果变化趋势基本一致。 In accordance with the general procedures of finite element method to calculate the bending stress of gear and dedendum as well as the finite-element analytical software ANSYS5.7,the stress field and displacement field for the tooth profile with double pressure angles and involute gears as well as the symmetrical involute gears of two different tooth profiles at single-point and double-point areas of engagement are calculated.The results calculated by the finite-element analytical software conform to the actual situations and the trend of results is in agreement with that by normal analysis method.
